Export or delete your account

Both actions are available in Settings → Data & privacy on the web and in Tidy settings on Apple devices.

Download an export

Choose Download my data or Export my data. Tidy prepares a zip archive containing:

• every list in readable Markdown;
• your chats and profile data; and
• a full, machine-readable JSON copy.

Store the archive somewhere private because it contains the information from your account.

Permanently delete your account

Choose Delete account, review the confirmation, and complete the required confirmation step. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting the account removes its lists, spaces, chats, published lists, share links, and API tokens. Copies that another person previously made remain in their account with your identity removed.

Download an export first if you may need any of the information later.
